Having combined with Matthys Beukes to win the African jersey at the 2018 Cape Epic, young Julian Jessop teams with his PYGA/Euro Steel teammate Beukes again for the 2018 KAP sani2c as they take the favourites tag with them into the three day showdown.

TALKING ABOUT PREPARATIONS
The PYGA/Euro Steel duo of Julian Jessop and Matthys Beukes have had very different build ups to the 2018 KAP sani2c with the former taking a long break since the pair won the African jersey title at the Absa Cape Epic while Beukes won the solo title at the recent Old Mutual joBerg2c, but Jessop believes that they will combine well over the three days.

The 2018 KAP sani2c Race gets underway from Glencairn Farm on Thursday morning at 08:00. The Adventure starts their second stage from Mackenzie Club to Jolivet on Thursdays while the Trail riders finish their KAP sani2c as they ride from Jolivet to Scottburgh.
