If you are no longer able to take part in the event and do not have anyone to substitute your entry to, we will refund 90% of your entry fee up until 31 January. For the month of February, 75% of your entry fee will be refunded, then from 1 March 50% of your entry will be refunded. No refunds will be available from 15 March. Please email [email protected] to request a refund.
Any cancellations of teams after this date will require both riders of the existing team to be substituted out as we will not be able to get a completely new team to take your entry in the event at this late stage.
Under no circumstances will entry fees be carried over to the next year.

can i change my clothing size?
Size changes can be requested before the end of September.
Please note that substituted participants will receive the clothing size of the initial participant, unless this was changed before the end of September.
