how do i substitute a rider?

can i request a refund?
- Regrettably due to COVID 19 and the May event having to be cancelled due to events beyond our control (FORCE MAJEURE), there will be no refunds.
- Riders have the option to ride in December or transfer their entry to 2021.
- There will be no difference in fees payable as the 2021 entry fee will remain as per 2020.
how do i change our team name?

can i change my clothing size?
- Size changes can be requested before the 23rd of November 2020.
- Please contact [email protected] to request clothing size changes.
- Please note that substituted participants will receive the clothing size of the initial participant, unless this was changed before 23 November 2020.
