And here we are … the 21st running of the KAP sani2c without a break …

And for 2025 there is a bit of a repositioning happening … in case you missed it

7 - 9 May: The Adventure - These guys and girls think they have the most fun. And maybe they do. But, the route from Sani to the Sea does not change and you still need to pedal your bike all the way.

8 - 10 May: “OG” - This event we got to know as the race. And maybe the term “race” impacted our expectations of who this event was for. “OG”stands for Original Gangsta … yes this is the event that changed the face of mountain biking in South Africa forever, 21 years ago. The “OG” is for everyone … definitely not only the racing snakes.

The coaching team at Absolute Motion is very excited to yet again help and guide the participants of the KAP sani2c to their best possible event and will offer you the following:

Training plan options

"static" training plan

This training plan is free for all KAP sani2c participants and works like a road map to guide you to your event. We will provide for people who do all their training based on heart rate as well as for those who have a power meter and/or smart trainer. With this option there is no accountability partner. You need to use the provided plan and if you can stick to it you will have a great KAP sani2c. If this is the option you want to use, follow the link to your choice below:

Personalised Training Plans

At a small fee these plans are personalised for you based on your specific needs and your coach will connect with you every 5 weeks to look at your progress. Where the “static” plan is like having a map, this one is like having a GPS. We will provide for people who do all their trainin based on heart rate as well as for those who have a power meter and/or smart trainer. With this option we are your accountability partner. The fee for a personalised training plan is R400pm payable in advance for the length of your training plan, i.e. if you start your training plan 1 January you will be invoiced R1600 once off.

If this is the option for you, please complete this form and we will get in touch to schedule a meeting so that we can get to know you a bit better and then personalise your training plan as well as to schedule the review meetings.
