MySOS APP

The MySOS emergency app is designed to help in emergency situations by providing you with quick, appropriate assistance when and where you need it. Download the app on your phone for free from the App Store and Google Play. Here’s how it works during sani2c:

For riders:

• During the event, the sani2c logo will be displayed under the emergency tab in the MySOS app.
• If you experience an emergency during the event, simply click the button with the sani2c logo.
• This will send a message to the event emergency coordinators.
• They will receive your details, GPS location and medical details and despatch immediate, relevant assistance.

For supporters:

• If they have internet, supporters can be part of the excitement by following riders online.
• Your rider needs to use Track Me on the MySOS app during the race. Location Services on the rider’s phone and for their MySOS app must be enabled.
• Click here to track your rider. (This will take you to the MySOS website.)
• Add your rider’s cellphone number as instructed.
• This will allow see your rider’s position on the course.
