Mobi Claw 911

MOBI-CLAW911 have sponsored their MC911 Emergency App to all participants for the duration of the event. The MC911 Emergency App may be used for any medical or criminal emergency a rider may encounter during the event. On the activation of an emergency the MOBI-CLAW911 control room operators based at the medical centre will coordinate the response which includes ER24 the appointed emergency medical service provider.

MOBI-CLAW911 also have support vehicles on the route who will be working hand in hand with ER24 and the SANI2C event organisers.

We encourage all participants to install the app on their smartphones prior to their arrival. Teresa from MOBI-CLAW911 will be at the registration to assist those who have not managed to complete their registration, however due to the volume of participants it is recommended that you complete the MC911 installation prior to arrival to ensure you are covered.

You can use the app 2 days prior to race day and 2 days after the race to ensure you get home safely.

• Go to App Store, Play Store or Huawei App Store on your cell phone.
• Search for Mobi-Claw 911. It's a gold icon.
• Install the app and click on OPEN
• Click on NEW REGISTRATION
• Fill in all the Information it prompts you for.
• ALWAYS click ALLOW if it asks and make sure your location is on, this is very important.
• You will be taken to payment method option. Click on payment method.
• Select - Link to Existing Principle user and enter the following cell number: 0743000000
• Click continue after reading T&Cs
• Run the demo (Trigger Demo) when prompted by holding the Red button down until it turns green.
• You will receive a test sms confirmation.
• The app will then be in Live Mode (TRIGGER PANIC -app is now live)

If anything happens on route and you need help, make sure you are in LIVE MODE to activate Mobi-claw911.

Hold TRIGGER PANIC down until it turns green.

Be sure to end panic after the emergency is dealt with.
