Himeville – An expanded and revitalised Team NAD MTB is setting its sights on podium domination at the KAP sani2c mountain bike stage race than ends in Scottburgh on 12 May fronted by the pairing of Gawie Combrinck and Nico Bell eager to atone for a disappointing challenge in last year’s race.
Ixopo – The fourteenth KAP sani2c is beginning to come into full view with just four weeks to go until it gets underway, and with many contributors that make the race what it is, one stalwart, Lynford School in Ixopo, has been crucial to the success of the event since its inception in 2005.
Himeville - Following a unique turn of events that led to Matthys Beukes and Julian Jessop winning the African jersey at the Absa Cape Epic through the withdrawal of Philip Buys, and the Beukes/Jessop pairing will be reunited for the 2018 KAP sani2c as they try to defend their team's crown from 11-13 May.
Glencairn - The KAP sani2c is the world’s biggest mountain bike stage race, and while it continues to attract thousands every year, the event is as just as focussed on supporting the communities that it passes through, evidenced by Petro Sosiba's son Aphelele who is currently in Grade 1 at Lynford School where he has been on a sani2c bursary since grade RR.
Glencairn – With the 2018 KAP sani2c just under two months away, organisers have taken the decision to move the finish of the race from the Scottburgh Main Beach to the nearby Scottburgh Primary School to improve the logistics at the end of the trio of events, the first of which gets under way on 8 May.
